RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are offering all customers a generous 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 to return your product for whatever reason, and you will get a refund for the full amount you paid for the returned product(s).
All orders are shipped with a return form and a return shipping label. If you want to return items from your order, please fill out the form completely, and place it inside the package. If you miss either the return form or the return shipping label, just contact us and we’ll send you a new one.
Make sure you pack the goods well, place the return form in the package, place the return shipping label on the outside of the package and leave the package at your DHL Service Point of choice. If you want to find the one closest to you, look here.
The responsibility to make sure that your return gets delivered to us lies on you. Linneverket does not take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our warehouse.
If you return a used or damaged product we can not accept your return and we will charge a handling fee of 300 kr.

In case of a return, you have to arrange and pay for the shipping. In case you want to change to something else we will ship the exchanged product to you free of charge. If you return a used or damaged product we can not accept your return and we will charge a handling fee of 300 kr.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have received your return and a refund has been made, or when the exchange order has been shipped.
Should you find a manufacturing defect on one of our products, you have 3 years from the purchase date to file a complaint. You need to attach photos to your complaint so we can determine whether the complaint is valid or not.
If your complaint is approved you will have to return the product to us, and we will send a refund to the same account that was used for your purchase as soon as we have received your return. We will supply a return shipping note, but we do not refund any shipping costs that you have paid for yourself.
